Our website is designed to share information about our community programs (Education, Skills, Health, and Livelihoods), publish impact reports, share success stories, and facilitate secure donations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Donations made to Tumaini La Maisha CBO are used to fund our program pillars. When you donate, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method (e.g., M-Pesa, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Transfer).

All financial transactions are handled securely through our authorized, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card or payment credentials on our servers.

Refund Policy: Because donations are immediately put to work empowering youth, donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or processed twice due to a system glitch, please contact us at hello@tumainilamaisha.org within 14 days, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

The protection and dignity of our girls and youth beneficiaries in Kenya is our highest priority.

Consent: Every success story, testimonial, and photograph of a beneficiary displayed on this website is published only after obtaining written, informed consent from the individual, or from their parent or legal guardian if the beneficiary is a minor.

Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, download, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any beneficiary images, videos, or personal narratives for commercial, promotional, or personal purposes. Unauthorized use of beneficiary content violates our policies and may breach national privacy laws.

All original content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos (such as our radiating sun motif), button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and overall page design, is the exclusive property of Tumaini La Maisha CBO or its content suppliers and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. Any reproduction or distribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
