TLM Group Savings and Loans
Livelihood development and financial self-reliance
TLM’s microfinance program known as the Groups Savings and Loans (GSL), has brought a positive holistic change within households in the communities.
Through GSL, women and youth are equipped with financial literacy, bookkeeping skills, and the capacity to save collectively. By saving regularly, members establish a pool of funds from which they can access micro-loans at affordable interest rates to launch or expand retail, agricultural, or service-oriented small businesses.
Beyond economic support, GSL groups serve as a vital support network where members discuss family wellbeing, health education, and share business advice, creating a resilient social fabric.
